I don’t do anything by accident.
My coaching philosophy starts with unconditional positive regard for my clients as the foundation.
Psychological safety creates an environment that enables honesty. A client once told me that he was more honest with me than with himself, and I’ve heard similar comments many times. I believe this is because whilst I have strong judgment, and always have a point of view, I will not judge you. There’s a massive difference.
I believe in working with who you are at core, and through that developing the most authentic, values-driven and strengths-based leaders possible. There are a number of reasons for this, but essentially it boils down to efficiency and intrinsic motivation, which create sustainable progress.
If you’re interested in discovering and harnessing your most authentic, powerful self as a leader, that’s what I do best.
And if you’d like to hear more about the evidence and coaching psychology supporting my approach just let me know.
