Over the years I've realised that to make a broad cultural impact, it is necessary to communicate with organisational teams, large and small, from the board down.

CULTURE OF RESPONSIBILITY
A huge degree of performance issues, throughout all levels of an organisation, can be traced back to low degrees of responsibility. This manifests as blame (management, staff, board), justification (not enough time, not enough resources, not knowing), denial, "brilliant logic", playing dumb, "forgetting", avoidance, entitlement, laziness, minimising.
ETHICS AND PRODUCTIVITY
How do we know what is ethical? Is it possible to be ethical all of the time? What happens when we are not ethical? How do we instantly recognise unethical behaviour? Unethical behaviour manifests in many ways within organisations, most of which are outside awareness, until you learn to recognise it in yourself and others.
