I work with CEOs, other C-Level executives, directors, and leaders in both the private sector and the Australian public service.

These are invariably high-performing individuals that are wanting to increase their capacity and take control of certain opportunities, or acutely intelligent and capable individuals that have hit the wall and want to find their way forward.

Most individuals at this level are hired for their IQ and fired for their EQ. Behaviour is critical. 

By analysing their current leadership behaviour, we find and remedy the gaps and over-competencies that are the Achille's Heels in their operating style.

The majority of my work is done in Sydney, however I also work with individuals interstate and overseas if required.
